Every summer I wanted to start a garden, but with a global pandemic and working from home, I started thinking about the vast food insecurity of so many of us. ECC started to get involved with pantries and making sure our neighbors don't get sick and if they do to make sure they have enough food. This got me thinking about growing food, learning and striving to have a healthy eating lifestyle.
When joining the Healthy eating club, you will find great recipes, drinks and desserts that will make you feel good. We share great reads from trusted people who will share their experiences. Whether you want to lose weight, or just want to share your stories ECC's clubs is the space to make change.
Persistence and consistency paid off.
